Any project starts with a ‘Needs Assessment.’ Look around your community: what is the most urgent, most pressing need? Ask everyone – and when you have a good answer, brainstorm with your team what youth can do to address that need. Then you have the framework to start your project.

Project support is key to the success of this Congress. So select a project that appeals to you; raise the funds or equipment it seeks and we will transfer it to the project team, send you regular reports and acknowledge your support at the Congress Exhibit.

Youth Agriculture Demanded and Empowerment Project

Community Scan: this is to examine the enviroment for the project to fine out which kind of Agriculture product will be suitable for the project. it will also give us an insight as to the approach to be used for training the youth. Training Workshop.This will be a capacity building training workshop for selected youth. the youth will be trained in fields such as: • Agric Project Management • Confidence building • Agric- Business Management • Initiating & managing community based Agric co-operative • Funds management • Technical/Extension Support Services
